PRICES OF THE EXCLUSIONS

PHONE NUMBERS

1. All the phone numbers are charged monthly based on the number types.

Below is the list of pricing for different number types available in the US/Canada:

A. Local Numbers: $1.15 / month

B. Toll-Free Numbers: $2.15 / month

2. For all the other countries, the pricing will also be based on Twilio's pricing.

MESSAGING SERVICES (SMS)

1. The SMS pricing is based on the number of segments a message has, the pricing in US/Canada is as follows:

A. Outbound SMS: $0.0079 / segmentB. Inbound SMS: $0.0079 / segment

2. This pricing is both for the local and toll-free numbers. For all the other countries, the pricing will also be based on Twilio's pricing.

MESSAGING SERVICE (MMS)

1. The MMS pricing is based on the number of segments a message comprising of, the pricing for US/Canada is as follows:

A. Outbound SMS: $ 0.0200 / segment (From local and toll-free numbers)

B. Inbound SMS: $ 0.0100 / segment (To local numbers, $0.0200 to toll-free numbers)

2. For all the other countries, the pricing will also be based on Twilio's pricing.

VOICE CALLS

1. The Voice calls pricing is based on the duration of the call in minutes, the pricing for the US/Canada is as follows:

A. Outbound Call: $0.0180 / minute (From local and toll-free numbers, includes charges for client minutes)

B. Inbound Call: $0.0085 / minute (To local numbers, $0.0220 to toll-free numbers)

2. The voice calls to Alaska and Yukon Territory will not be charged based on the above prices.

For all the other countries, the pricing will also be based on Twilio's pricing.

Emails

A2P APPLICATION

A2P stands for “Application to Person”. It’s a system where applications (like HighLevel, Twilio, Text Magic, and others) send messages to real persons. Think about the text notifications you get from businesses or promotional campaigns. That’s A2P in action.

But why is this important? Because it directly affects how businesses in the US (and Canada) communicate with their clients. If you don’t comply with A2P regulation, and neither does your client, sending SMS on their behalf can become a significant challenge. This becomes especially problematic for campaigns involving database reactivation or speed-to-lead services.
